lived experience council

The National Coalition of Black Women Rising (NCBWR) Lived Experience Council seeks to bridge the gaps in communities through the development of sustainable communities across disciplines.  The council is our accountability team from the field connecting  community to the coalition and expanding the presence of collective via outreach. Invitations to the council are extended to past program participants and outgoing board members.  Council members provide guidance to our Board of Directors and are invited to attend board meetings, annual meetings, fundraising efforts.
